Bill Walker MPP
Bill Walker is a third-term Member at Queen’s Park, first elected to the Ontario Legislature in 2011.

In 2018, he served as the Chief Government Whip prior to being appointed to Cabinet as Minister of Government and Consumer Services. Most recently, he was appointed to serve as Associate Minister of Energy. He is also a long-time PC Caucus Nuclear Chair. In 2020, Bill was awarded the Provincial Public Policy Stewardship Award by the Canadian Nuclear Isotope Council in recognition of his contributions to public policy in the field of medical isotopes.

Bill also served seven years in Opposition as the Progressive Conservative Critic for Seniors, Long-Term Care and Accessibility, Community and Social Services, Long-Term Care and Wellness, Children and Youth Services, as well as Deputy Health Critic for Rural and Northern Ontario.

Bill’s main goal is to ensure that he provides the constituents of this riding the best possible representation here and in Queen’s Park and will endeavour to make your voices heard. He welcomes the opportunity to serve and represent you in the years to come.
